Payment

Payment for goods will be due in full before delivery/collection. Goods remain the property of Ceramic Tile & Bathrooms until the account is settled in full.

Damages / Incorrect Delivery

In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or incorrect tiles/products you will need to inform us within 2 working days from delivery. We will ask for photographs of the damaged or incorrect tiles/products and we will resolve the issue and send replacements (if required) as quickly as possible. Please email ceramictilesandbathrooms@gmail.com or call 01270 251124 if any products come damaged, wrong tiles sent etc.

Surplus/Returns

Due to batch/shade variation and our high turnover of stock, we operate a selected returns policy. All stock tiles are returnable, they must be in a re-saleable condition within 30 days of the date of delivery. We require proof of purchase when requesting a refund. The refund will be processed within 3-5 working days following our receipt of the return. This offer applies to stock items only; any specially ordered items will not be accepted for return under any circumstances, please confirm your measurements with your installer. Ceramic Tile and Bathrooms accept no responsibility for any over ordered tiles.

As part of our service we are happy to assist with working out measurements and the suitability of products for a particular installation, but it remains ultimately the customers’ responsibility to ensure suitability and quantities prior to fixing. We will not be responsible in the event that the wrong quantity of tiles, or tiles that are not suitable for any particular placing have been ordered.

DELIVERY

Deliveries will arrive on a goods wagon with a tail-lift and pump truck. Goods will be shrink-wrapped on one or more pallets. Your order will be delivered to the closest hard level surface to your property. The pallet(s) cannot be delivered on to stone, shingle or uneven surfaces. Please be aware that drivers will not be able to carry the order into your property. We strongly advise that you do not book any installers until your goods have arrived and have been checked. We are not liable for any additional costs, consequential loss or compensation in any circumstances.
